Halyk Bank goes live on T24 to support its treasury operations in centralisation initiative

GEVENA, Switzerland, 16 December 2008 – Temenos (SWX: TEMN), the provider of integrated core banking systems, today announced that Halyk Bank, one of the largest banks in Kazakhstan, has gone live on TEMENOS T24 (T24) to support its treasury operations. The successful implementation forms the first stage of a centralisation project being undertaken by the bank to roll out T24 across all of its 720 branches in Kazakhstan and subsidiaries in Georgia and Russia. The bank is currently implementing the second phase of T24 to support and integrate its retail operations, which will service approximately six million customers to aid its international growth plans.

Temenos makes senior appointments to drive its product and marketing strategy

Geneva, Switzerland, 3 December 2008 – Temenos (SWX: TEMN), the provider of integrated core banking systems, today announced the appointment of Koen Van den Brande as Group Strategy and Marketing Director. Van den Brande will be responsible for driving Temenos’ product and marketing strategy worldwide. He will report to Mark Cullinane, Temenos’ Chief Operating Officer, and will be based out of the company’s London office.

The largest loans and savings association in the Dominican Republic selects T24 to replace its legacy systems

GENEVA, Switzerland – 18 November 2008 - Temenos (SWX: TEMN), the provider of integrated core banking systems, today announced that The Popular Association for Savings and Loans (APAP), the largest savings and loans association in the Dominican Republic, has selected TEMENOS T24 (T24) to replace its core banking
platform. T24 will support APAP’s retail operations and will be rolled out across 47 branches, servicing over 800,000 customer accounts. APAP signed the deal in September 2008 and is the first financial institution in the Dominican Republic to implement T24.

The Mauritius Commercial Bank Limited goes live in the Maldives with TEMENOS T24 in just four months

Texnikabank selects Temenos T24 Model Bank to replace its core systems

GENEVA, Switzerland - 11 November 2008 - Temenos (SWX: TEMN), the provider of integrated core banking systems, today announced that Texnikabank, one of the largest universal banks in Azerbaijan, has selected TEMENOS T24 (T24) to replace a number of its core banking systems to support the bank’s retail and corporate operations. Using T24, the bank will consolidate all of its disparate systems into one centralised infrastructure to fully automate all business processes across these operations. T24 will be rolled out across the bank’s 35 branches.

Bank of Shanghai goes live with TEMENOS T24 to support retail banking operations and 11 million accounts

GENEVA, Switzerland, 17 October 2008 – Temenos (SWX: TEMN), the provider of integrated core banking
systems, today announced that Bank of Shanghai, one of the largest city commercial banks in China, went live with TEMENOS T24 (T24) across its entire retail banking operation in September 2008. T24 already supported the bank’s corporate banking, trade finance and treasury divisions. The system now supports approximately 11 million customer accounts, 245 branches and up to two and a half million transactions per day.
