GENEVA, Switzerland, 25 February 2009: Temenos (SWX: TEMN), the global provider of integrated core banking systems, today announced that Banco Ficohsa, one of the largest banks in Honduras, has selected TEMENOS T24 (T24) to support its retail and corporate banking operations, servicing 650,000 accounts across 88 branches in Honduras and the United States. Banco Ficohsa signed the deal in December 2008, making it the first privately owned commercial bank in Central America to implement T24.

Kenya Commercial Bank goes live with Temenos T24

GENEVA, Switzerland – 2 February 2009: Temenos (SWX: TEMN), the global provider of integrated core banking systems, today announced that Kenya Commercial Bank (KCB), the largest bank in East and Central Africa, has gone live with TEMENOS T24 (T24) to support its retail and corporate banking operations. The bank went live with T24 in 145 branches across Kenya, supporting approximately 675,000 accounts. This is the first implementation phase of T24. Further phased roll outs of the system are expected in 2009 to support KCB’s planned expansion to include a further 75 branches across East Africa, helping to grow customer accounts to over two million in the next two years.

GENEVA, Switzerland – 14 January 2009 - Temenos (SWX: TEMN), the global provider of integrated core banking systems, today announced that after a preliminary analysis of its full year 2008 figures, it expects full year revenues in the range of USD400-420m, representing growth of between 21% and 27% on 2007, and full year EBIT in the range of between USD63-69m, an increase of between 1% and 10% compared to the prior year.
