Hi,
We have a lot of performance issues with TCIB/TCBM (retail). Clients constantly observe "Loading". Its extremely slow.
What can we do? Our implementation partner is also completely lost on this problem.

Hi
firstly you need to see if this delay is on T24 side or on webserver etc...
Analyse OFS.REQUEST.DETAIL first to see how T24 performs...
