Loan migration issue was created by pokharel
Dear all,
I have migrate loan data to T24. Some of the loans are migrated in different category unintensionally. So, how we can fixed this problem? Is there any solution so that we can edit category (category, activity and sub-activity) in bulk?

Which application do you use for your Loans ?

1. 1 GB DESCRIPTION. LD
2 APPLICATION.NAME.. LD.LOANS.AND.DEPOSITS LOANS.AND.DEPOSITS
3 LOAD.TYPE......... OFS.LOAD Upload data via OFS
4 OFS.ACTION........ PROCESS
5 OFS.FUNCTION...... I
7 OFS.VERSION....... LD.LOANS.AND.DEPOSITS,TEST Commercial Loans

Dear Suresh,
you can use EBS.AUTO.FUNCTION to manipulate live records as well, just set field6 FileSuffix to NO that you do selection and updates to the live records.
Updating the category in LD will be possible only to a category within the same range for the contract type (see helptext).
Changing Activity will not be possible directly as it is NOINPUT, I suppose it will be set to 1029 - CHANGED CONTRACT or something alike.
The field SubActivity means nothing to me.

What if i write a routine mapping the wrong category to the new category what will be the effect?
