The basic difference between Desktop and browser interface is the former establishes a 'stateful' connection with T24 and the latter establishes a 'stateless' connection.

To begin with , the Bank should have a Web server (Tomcat or WebSphere) and Application Server (WebLogic or WebSphere).

The bank should also upgrade to T24 from G13 or lower.

It should have T24 connectors also as a pre-requisite.

In addition, it should have Java SDK installed on the web server.

Suggest to the bank , to stay with Desktop. This is the correct answer.

+1 , if possible - stay with Desktop.

Otherwise be ready to have a lot of issues with Enquiries and Versions.
