Best ETL tool for T24 Data Mappings was created by Koora

I have the requirement to use ETL tool for preparing the data mappings using the source flat files received part of data migration from legacy to T24, this ETL tool shall covers the migration from extracted source data, through transformation and producing loadable data sets. Thought process is to reuse, build, one time purchase. Please help & I'm not sure whether any typical ETL tool does the job? or any specific that we can leverage for?
