Field Conversion Routine - DM Tool was created by mpanjali

I have written a conversion routine for a application in DMD(DM Tool).
System is not allowing conversion routine with one argument, so i used two arguments ARG.IN and ARG.OUT.
Value is coming in ARG.IN, but when assigned to out argument ARG.OUT . It is not reflected in the system after upload of those records.

Kindly provide me a solution or a sample routine.
