export data to Oracle

How can I export data from STMT.ENTRY to Oracle ?

right now I do like this

JSH> SELECT FBNK.STMT.ENTRY COMPANY.CODE STMT.ENTRY.ID ACCOUNT.NUMBER CURRENCY CUSTOMER.ID BOOKING.DATE VALUE.DATE DATE.TIME AMOUNT.FCY AMOUNT.LCY TRANSACTION.CODE PRODUCT.CATEGORY TRANS.REFERENCE OUR.REFERENCE SYSTEM.ID CRF.TYPE CRF.TXN.CODE CRF.PROD.CAT NARRATIVE THEIR.REFERENCE

JSH> SAVE.LIST XXX
(this step it uses long time)

then I create a tool by VB.NET to read data from file XXX
and insert to Oracle

do you have other way that better and faster to do this ?
