Hi all,
I am not a T24 developer. I am just a T24 user.
I am interested in how to measure data extraction speed from T24? The answer I got from IT guy is the only way is to record the time spent from starting to ending of a inquiry by stopwatch.
But is there any solution like measuring download rate in Kilobytes per second, etc?
Please kindly help me on that? Thanks.

Trust the IT! :-)
And what difference does it make to you, having better arguments to bother IT about slow system?
You can only compare enquiries with exact the same result.
Extracting data (the selection of records and formatting data) on T24 can make big differences, time to transfer to your station may vary depending on traffic etc.
If you compare the same enquiry (result) it doesn't matter if you measure total time or bps.
