T24.UPGRADE SERVICE does not have any effect was created by jakadam

Hi all,
i am trying to bring an r18 release to an r19 release after completing all steps i have to launch bnk/t24.upgrade service manually, but it seems that it s not doing any thing, it finish within 2 seconds, spf file is not changed, could any one know how to deal with this please.

i found this in t24 log file :

goto BATCH record (BNK/T24.UPGRADE) check the data field(field position 11) contains value or not . If it contains value remove and commit the batch record.

STOP the TSM

Login into new session and start the TSM

Start the BNK/T24.UPGRADE

And check now.

thankyou for your reply, it was a module not properly installed on the system,
issue resolved after fixing module issue

steps of pre checks etc
