Live records not matched while authorising DC in R16 was created by deneshnepal
We have just upgraded from R10 to R16 and we faced the problem in authorizing DC (Data Capture) . Its shows the message "Live records not matched" while authorizing in bulk. But after click on refresh button several times and then authorize then the records will get authorized .

Can anyone faced the similar issue ? If so please provide us your suggestion.
