Upgrade from R08 to R12 was created by sarmah

Can some one assist with this error during an upgrade from R08 to R12 on a windows platform

Unable to execute program 'E:\TEST\bnk\temp.release\t24bin\eb_upgrade\T24.BUILD.LIBRARIES.exe

Dear Sarmah,

Wish I saw this message a bit earlier, we had the same problem upgrading from R10 to R14 on a windows platform.
Hope you were able to resolve the problem and move ahead, I will post the response so that it may help others in the future.

We had to install first TAFC R14, and then it was possible to execute the T24.BUILD.LIBRARIES.

we eventualy decided to upgrade to R16. but thanks anyway.
