CALLJ in R11 java6 was created by foggy84

I are having problems with routine CALLJ. Routine CALLJ call java class has methods to connect to sql server using jTDS-1.2.5.jar package with an error: java.sql.SQLException: Network error IOException: Could not create socket.
However this method when running under java ClassName below command from jshell prompt does not appear on the error.

Please help me to solve this problem as soon as possible.
