Regarding : P&L YTD VALUE for each Contract id

I am generating a report on every month end to calculate P&L YTD VALUE for each and every LD/MM contract. The requirement is about to calculate P&L YTD VALUE for only current year till current month end.
Example:
CONTRACT ID :MM2013010101
CONTRACT EFFECTIVE START DATE : 01 JAN 2013
MATURITY DATE :01 JAN 2015
TENURE :2 YEARS
AMOUNT :1000 GBP
INTERST :10%
INTEREST EARN EACH MONTH :8.3


Current Year : 2014
Current Month :FEB 2014

Today is 28 -FEB- 2014 and running a EOD to produce the report, in this report, the P&L YTD VALUE for current year(2014) till current month(28-FEB-2014) would be as given below.
