If I am not mistaken from MM core there is no option.
Check DE.DISP.CONTROL in Delivery module.

Please use the application called LMM.ADVICES.
The record ID should be CATEGORY code of the required MM deal.
Here you have following options
1)Completely suppress 320 messages throughout the life of the contract
2)Selectively enable 320 messages for certain events(as described in LMM.ACTIVITY)
