Reg SWIFT message

Hi,
Could anyone please clarify below the queries.
I am generating MT103 outward SWIFT message with ALLIANCE interface. The actual SWIFT message would sit in both DE.O.MSG.SWIFT and DE.O.MSG.ALLIANCE.
Queries are:
1.Both messages are same but which one actually sending to external Bank?
2.Why SWIFT message is sitting in both the folders?
3.When the message will be deleted from these paths?
4.When the table DE.SENT.SWIFT will be updating?
5.If i want to send again the same SWIFT message to external bank then how can i send it?
