F_OS_TOKEN_USE table keep on raising error in ORD

Hi,

Please provide the suggestion/solution for the below error. The below error keep on logging in ORAdriver.log during doing some transaction/enquiry view in browser. After a while, we feel the slowness of the browser.

The connection was established and everything are up, nothing went down from Oracle side.

this problem seems like T24 core issue did you check u have installed R09_EB_SystemTables_28 updates?

Thanks for the reply, I checked, R09_EB_SystemTables_26 is installed, Shall I check by installing R09_EB_SystemTables_28? Can you please provide some additional info about this (R09_EB_SystemTables_28) updates. What is the root cause for this issue ? and why it check the F_OS_TOKEN_USE, even though few users were logged in the system.

In our Browser (Jboss), there is one TWS configured to retrieve the image from External interface, because of some exception, the system not able to fetch the image. And resulted in Connection Failure, After a while system keep on hanging, and during that time the ORD log found with F_OS_TOKEN_USE connection failure. We are trying to fix the TWS in the mean time, please let me know, whether this R09_EB_SystemTables_28 update will resolve this issue, During migration also we had this issue, at that time none of Browser user were logged in, so we cannot suspect TWS alone. Kindly share your view.

eb system table update reslove the T24 OS.TOKEN.USE deletion issue. regarding TWS please update attribute to interface in OFS.SOURCE used for tWS. since only one user define in OFS.SOURCE will process all the transaction system will lock the OS.TOKEN.USE after sometime system try to delete the unused token. so if you set attribute to interface it will reslove tws part locking.
