Error with Cheque Collection in T24

We have been experiencing an unusual situation where the entries for Cheque Collection have been multivalued without any reason or inputting from Users.
Has any one had such a situation and is there a fix for it. We have contacted CSHD as usual but the patch sent does not seem to work, will like to hear from you all if such a situation has ever been raised. Currently running R10 on UNIX.

Check all input and validation routines. It may be the problem. (Also check version control routines).

Are you telling that the field is multivalued automatically in CHEQUE COLLECTION?


If so check whether any Local reference field is created in the same name as that of field which is multivalued in CHEQUE COLLECTION

Have you designed a specific version screen for accessing it? If so, it could be a problem in the VERSION design. Check if there is some unwanted multivalue being done for that field(Check it in VERSION application). Remove the unwanted multivalue fields.
