Accounting entries without using T24 applications.

Hi Everyone,

I want to raise accounting entries in T24 without using any applications available in T24.

For example I want to Dr. USD 10, 000 from customer account and Cr. USD 10,000 to an internal account.

A generic accounting interface has been provided to allow the creation of accounting entries directly from a flat ASCII file. The layout of the file, and options for booking the entries, is defined using the application AC.ENTRY.PARAM. The interface can be run on-line, or during the end of day process."

Unless Temenos "brotherhood" developed something new ! :))))

You can do this by two methods:
1. By using the Data Capture
2. By creating a routine and calling EB.ACCOUNTING to pass the Account Numbers, Amount & CCY. This will not raise any T24 transaction, but the accounting entries will be hit.
