INVALID FUNCTION KEY

INVALID FUNCTION KEY was created by Mandiebon
Hello Team,

I have noticed a recurring feedback of INVALID FUNCTION KEY. This usually happens when an Account or Customer record has been created and it's being authorised.
The authoriser gets the feedback INVALID FUNCTION KEY. The authorisation is done via an enquiry where the user is restricted to either authorise or delete the record.
So the authorise button and delete button are displayed for the user to use to get into the transaction for authorisation.

Please does anyone have an idea why this feedback appears instead of the record for authorisation? Attached is a screenshot for a clearer picture.

Hi
this (very informative) error appears when there's something missing in the record being authorised - mandatory field or absence of corresponding record in CHECKFILE.

To see the real problem use function I on this record.
