Hi all,

I know that in T24 any transaction is recorded in one of 3 tables (STMT.ENTRY , CATEG.ENTRY , SPEC.ENTRY) , right?
If I take sum of all entries in all 3 tables at some point like all transactions happened on a particular day, shouldn't that add to zero or not ?

Please if anyone can can explain more on transactions recording, as I am extracting some reports and the net amount of all transactions doesn't add to zero.

Thanks .

Best Regards

Hi

Have you calculated local or foreign currency?
Have you used booking or value date?
What the difference is like? Huge or small amount?

I tried both in local and foreign, and used booking date.
The difference is huge over 200,000.
There are some STMT.ENTRY record ids that begin with F?What are those entries?

Hi

"F" are forward entries, they obtain "regular" ID when the value date comes.

Have you checked your figures against EB.SYSTEM.SUMMARY and GL?

Hi,

Another reason for your "unbalance" could be the fact that you are including off-balance sheet transactions from SPECs . e,g, FOREX Forwards ...
