Extraction of RE.CRF.MBGL as part of DW.EXPORT ? was created by CryptoGuy

Hi all,

I've configured DW.EXPORT to extract csv files to load into Insight. One of those files is RE.CRF.MBGL, the csv file gets generated successfully but under the column CUSTOMER I see the CONSOL.KEY not the customer id itself. What is going wrong?
Is it something related to T24 setup or CRF extract?
How can I debug the problem?

Any ideas would be appreciated.

CRF file is not extracted as part of Dw.extract service, can someone guide us plz. Thanks in advance

Can you help me to configure that ? Which value should I put in the field "Hash Tot Fld" ?
