Saving Output from ENQ REPORT.LIST was created by Sagheer
Hello All,
I have two questions.
a. I have printed a Enquiry through "Pint to Server", how I can save Output of Enquiry searched through REPORT.LIST (Enquiry Printed 17974254884576800)?. Actually when I try to save it PDF, or HTML, output get unformatted.
b. Can I get Enquiry Printed ID without sending Print to Server Printing Enquiry?
Regards,
Sagheer

Hi
You can use the ENQUIRY.REPORT application to print your ENQUIRY. There you can specify enquiry name, selection criteria and REPORT.CONTROL to proceed with.
In REPORT.CONTROL it's possible to assign custom DE.FORM.TYPE record in the field FORM.NAME, and in the DE.FORM.TYPE - PRINTER.ID record.
Finally, in PRINTER.ID record you can specify a program in the field COMMAND, e.g.:
Your jBC program then is able to retrieve ID of the record in &HOLD& using SENTENCE(1)
And the printing then is the responsibility of your program.
This is how Globus works :)))
