hello,
Please i have an issue as regards the subject matter; after releasING SWIFT message types "all" into the Alliance path in T24, with all service relating to SWIFT set in AUTO, the application picks the files but they are not processed. i listed DIH but no item was displayed. so i went further to do a count in JQL with the following command COUNT F.OFS.MESSAGE.QUEUE and 112 files were counted. But this files do not moved beyond this queue.
SBN/OFS.MESSAGE.SERVICE IS STARTED
please assist.

You say the service is started, but is it really running?
Can you check the COMO for the service?

In TSA.STATUS you will find the name of the current COMO (field ComoName).
To view use JED -R &COMO& <ComoName> in classic or any other file view you have on your system.

Check if the TSA.SERVICE record and the BATCH record ID are the same. Check what is the Status of the BATCH record for your SWIFT service.
