DELIVERY ADVICE PRINTING PROBLEM

hi

we have tested advices.But it is printing in some computers.if we connect printers with others it is not printing.we checked all services they are same.we are using XP professional in all computers.we don't know why it is not printing in some computers

my first test would be to print to those printers at the operating system level, like printing a file at unix/dos level. if that works the level 1 would be fine.
Try that and come back to me.

i have tried from DOS.it is printing.

i realized the problem.it was connected to wrong port.when i changed it to LPT1 it is working nicely
