T-24 GL Vs Oracle

After I generate T24 GL and found Balance of payable accounts not decreasing no debit entry found since long time. Example FED RECOVERED AMOUNT NOT SHOW DEBIT ENTRY IN T24 GL balance being piling up.
ON other Side Finance division pay out the same from oracle.
It is surprising why GL of T24 not reduce with the amount pay by Oracle System.
Kindly advise is there is any mapping issue of T24 GL With Oracle GL accounts.
