Integration with T24 V9 and V14

Hi,

We are company specializing in Internet & Mobile Banking and a required by a bank in sales stage to provide how we will integrate with T24 V9 and V14

I have read about TCClient API and about TEFA

Can someone please confirm which of these methods would work with V9 and which with V14

also any documentation or sample code or working sample or needed libs or such for integration methods above or any other solution you would suggest would highly be helpful and urgently needed
