Swift Inward Process

Hi all,

SWIFT pack has been installed & the parameter setup(DE.ALLIANCE.PARAM) has been done.

Message was placed in F.ALLIANCE.MSG
Respective services SWIFT.INWARD, SWIFT.IN, OFS.MESSAGE.SERVICE have been started
However, it doesn’t raise FT records in T24 despite the records in DE.I.HEADER are formatted correctly.

1. FT id comes in TRANS.REF(21) field in DIH, right ?
2. When does this get updated in DIH?

The field TRANSACTION.REF in DIH will be updated from inward swift message where FT id would be available. The actual generated FT via inward process would not store in DIH record.
In your case, actual FT may be placed in IHLD (please check the field NO.OF.AUTH of VERSION attached in DE.MESSAGE of field IN.OFS.VERSION).
Also as per core, system will generate FT and it will be placed in IHLD if any override or insufficient balance for inward process.

Hello, Please reply to my query I m processing swift.inward message in r21 the message is showing ofs formatted in DIH but the Transaction.Ref is not generating although there is a ft number also the FT is not placing any record in IHLD

Did you file a ticket on TCSP portal or search a query?

Check the queue OFS.MESSAGE.QUEUE if any record exist.
Additionally check OFS.MESSAGE.SERVICE and COMO if any issues captured
