T24 setup in HP UX enviroment was created by bsolomon

Hi all,

I have a test db of T24 i wanted to setup on HP UX 11 enviroment, after coping the db into the emviroment and creating an OS user logging into the db failed to connect. I suspect it has to do with the .profile file. Can anyone assist me to resolve the issue.

Have you installed jBASE correctly? Which version?

How you are connecting to T24?

What error message you got?

There is no error message , When a telnet session is launched the system goes to the operating system prompt instead of the jshell prompt.
