Reset TCServer was created by t24r05
Hi All,
Is it necessary that everytime i compile a routine, the tcserver need to be reset in order to make the routine changes to take effect ? And is it also necessary to clear F.OS.XML.CACHE file ?
Kindly advice. I don't think T24 Browser is so poorly designed or correct me if im wrong.
thanks in advance.

Hi,
It's not required that everytime you need to reset the TC server. Inspite there is something called Tool Box where you can compile your programs so the changes will reflect in Browser
No Need to restart TC Server. Browser is not designed that bad !!!!

I agree that you may need to clear the cache but not ncessary to restart TC Server. Compilation is enough the changes gets reflected in browser but logout from browser after compiling in reflection and login again

Thanks for the reply.
Clear whole cache file or clear particular record in this file ?
if whole file, then all users need to exit from the system.
