OPF ERROR when logging in to T24 was created by dabilly

I AM GETTING an OPF ERROR WHEN LOGING IN TO T24.
THE DETAILS OF THE ERROR IS :

** FATAL ERROR IN (OPF) **
MISSING FILE - F.TEC.OUTPUT , MNEMONIC =

CAN ANAY BODY HELP

you have to get a fix from temenos to solve this issue

check jshow of file and voc entry it must be the same path.

You did not not tell us the environment where you are having issue.

In any case try jshow -c F.TEC.OUTPUT and CT VOC F.TEC.OUTPUT. The two must point to the same path; otherwise if they are not existing contact Temenos Helpdesk.
