Cannot connect to jBASE

Hi folks,

When I'm trying to connect to T24 , after the question "START GLOBUS Y/N" , I get the following error when I'm giving "N".

ERROR! Maximum concurrent licensed user limit exceeded

I have try to solve this by change the date 1 or 2 years back but nothing change...

Also , I have add the license code into ...TAFC\CONFIG\SYSTEM PROPERTIES

Hi,

Please check your total of user client that log in to system. It is full if there are some users log out. Your user can be log in back and if you want to increase user more unless you contact the Temenose.

The problem throwing to you is about the online users exceeds maximum as specified SPF in T24 SYSTEM.
Two ways to solve this issue
1. Wait for some people logout and try after some time.
or else
2. Just increase the user count in SPF>SYSTEM>NO.OF.USERS

please check the JBCPORTNO in the .profile if you are using unix box
