GLOBbus-R08.004-TCServer-Error in Specific Adaptor

OS Release : 5.3.9.0
UNIX User : abcdc (uid 387, euid 387)

Only for One of the Adapter we are getting Error as "ERROR ofs - Error while reading Answer.".
this error appears specifically for Enquiry or FT Transactions

Can any one help me what could be the reason.

Below is the ADAPTER Setting, and it is being used in 10 Listner simultaneously.

<MAX_SESSION> 20 </MAX_SESSION>
<MIN_SESSION> 20 </MIN_SESSION>
<TIMEOUT>60</TIMEOUT>
