error while connecting with desktop 1.3/1.5

OS -- MicroSoft Windows Xp Professional 2002 Service Pack 3
Configuration of my PC - AMD Athlon(tm) 64 Processor

I login to the server (server login screen of Desktop) by entering the username, password and server (localhost,IP address) to connect to the server and when we enter the Account Name which is same as the username in server login window (small Communication window which popup), it start the process and hang at DELIMITER with following error, and when I click on DETAILS to see the error

We are able to login into the system using Classic, but Globus Desktop is throwing errors.

I am having the same error in classic if I press 1 in classic when
