Role : Sr.Technical Associate
Location : Europe & Middle East

Requirement

3 + years of experience in the Globus , Infobase /jBaseTechnologies.
Prior consulting experience with interaction with mulitiple clients.
Back office workflow and operations experience is highly preferred.
Strong communication skills are required.
Ability to gain credibility quickly while on-site is essential.
Ability to be self-directed and work independently is required.
Ability to bring a project to completion.
Must be mindful of time and budget constraints.

Job responsibilities

Serve as consultant on large implementations, as well as rolling up information to both client and project managers.
Conduct client site implementations of Globus products, including software installation, setup and hands-on training.
Be able to analyze and discuss solutions for client's requirements, with regards to 3rd party applications and use of Globus datas.
Analyze customer's business and technical requirements.
Configure and automate products to best serve client's procedures.
Manage time to maximize agenda and deliver on critical components.
Execute on planned visits building client satisfaction and revenue for the consulting organization.
Effectively present value to client for cost of service delivered.
