T24R08 INSTALLATION ON LOCAL MACHINE

I HAVE A CHALLENGE ON T24 ON MY LOCAL MACHINE.

I HAVE A SUCCESSFUL INSTALLATION BUT EACH TIME I WANT TO CREATE PGM.FILE IT KEEPS GIVING ME THIS ERROR:

The error message refers to a missing subroutine, MB.DEFAULT.LCCY. It is a Model Bank routine. The call is made to this routine from the EB.CALL.BASIC.ROUTINE. Jus try a jshow of the missing subroutine to confirm the same. If not found, then get it from any other T24 source and compile it in the local machine.
