team,
i have problems with my printers on jbase, everytime the server is restarted they get corrupted so i end up re-creating them using SP-NEWTAB.is there a way i can kill printing status before restarting the server and re-assign afterwards?
sometimes i get the jbase segmentation violation when printing. what could be the cause of printing aborting?

Hi,
Did you try SP-SHUTDOWN to shutdown the printers before you restart your server? You need to have administrator/root priviledges to run this command. You can get more details of jbase spooler from this link. www.jbase.com/support/documentation.html
What is the jbase release you are in? I too had faced segmentation violation while printing with jbase 4.1.5.11 and later when we upgraded to 4.1.5.17 the issue got solved.
