Actually this rules moudule is a new entry in T24. To enable this module we need some specified set of jar files and some more env vars need to be set
We can create a rule to a specific application like CUSTOMER by creating a context in EB.CONTEXT for that application
On creating an EB.CONTEXT, in Toolbox we have 'Rule Designer'
We can create a rule in rule designer with the use of context record
All the entries in the rule will be the fields of the application
(for eg CUSTOMER*LOCAL>MNEMONIC, where CUSTOMER*LOCAL is a EB.CONTEXT record and MNEMONIC is a field in CUSTOMER)
Hope this is clear
Now my question is how can we have the multi and sub values to these fields in the rules
