TCServer and TCClient connection failure was created by avelazquez
Hi!
Can somebody help me to get information about an error occurring with TCServer and TCClient. Problem occurs after a pause in the communication between them, the first transaction is rejected due to denied access in TCServer.
After this first rejected transaction the rest of them are accepted for the TCServer, it only occurs with the first transaction after the pause.
We are working in R07 with an interface with a system that generates transactions to T24 and this communication failure affects the whole funcionality.
Thanks in regard!!

Hi,
This might be a time-out issue since the very first connection to TCserver is always slow, you might want to upgrade the waiting period from your interface before submitting the 1st transaction. How about logging the TCserver events by using TCMonitor ? Or use the monitor port (default port 9500 but you can change it in tcserver.xml)

Hi, thanks for the advice!!
We are changing the tcserver.xml file in the tags OFSENTRY to OFS.CONNECTION.MANAGER from a value tSS and OFSTIMEOUT to more of 30 seconds.
The interface seems work fine with the new configuration and the first transaction is applied correctly altought the connection takes more time.
Thanks,
Agustin
