Error - Connecting Desktop 1.4 with r6 was created by umer_badr
I m trying to connect Globus Desktop 1.4 to R6 (on localhost) but it giving me an error 'Please Use Browser' and then exit from desktop........


is there any solution for this error?????????????????

Hi, This is not an error. If you are using temenos license, they recommend to use browser.



Check the field LICENSE.CODE in SPF record.



Do you have TMNS as the 3rd field?

Yes i have the TMNS in LICENSE CODe as 3rd field ...........................

Guys,

This is neither licensing nor error message. Login script of your release is not compatible with desktop. If that is not Demo Version (Production release) is R06 request patch to THD for same.
