which best practices to choose between two stack1 or stack2

i need  to help us to take decision  to  choice between  two stacks to go upgrade 21 
   
which on its stable and smoothly with no issues ?
please  help us  to take decision  stack1 or stack3 ?

can you read it yourself? Congratulations, your eyes are (still) young - not like mine :))

In brief, why not just print:
- what you have now;
- what is difference between stacks 1 and 2.

Maybe then you'll get some advice.
But generally I would advise to upgrade exactly on what you have and then think about stacks etc.
