Service. Control issue was created by awais.bukhari
Dear Team, we have composite screens 1: COS TSS.LIST (core screen) 2: COS.XXX.LIST (local developed)
facing issue on COS TSS.LIST as i am unable to stop and start service with error "contact system admin "
version used : TSA.SERVICE,MANAGE ( ZERO AUTH)
but same service or any other service is successfully stopped from 2nd local developed screen .
version used : TSA.SERVICE,XXX.MANAGE (ZERO AUTH)
these both composite screens are perfectly working on all other test machine. facing only on 1 test env.
by VI,S TSA.SERVICE,XXX.MANAGE AND VI,S TSA.SERVICE,MANAGE both are compared with remaining machines seems perfect no as such changes been found
also EI, S COS.TSS (of problematic env ) and working env compared both are same
summary :
composite screen of core : COS.TSS.LIST (unable to start / stop ANY service ) but same service start/stop FROM local composite screen.
core COS.TSS.LIST is working on all other env,

Hi
try to amend something non-important in TSA.SERVICE,MANAGE and commit... Maybe some noinput fields (like TABLE.COLUMN or TABLE.LINE) rendered wrongly? Did you have a T24 upgrade recently? Sometimes you just need a commit to make things right - especially if application structure was changed and VERSION record did not.
But generally I'd advise to proceed with administration tasks from a terminal session. You can then see all "non-defined variable" errors etc (if you configured the environment accordingly :)
