recently my organisation is experiencing request time out, whenever a user login to t24browser.. who can help with ideas to resolve this..

Which application server is in use at your organization. Also, can you send server.log and gc log?

Hi Kolawale
A couple of things could be responsible for this issue.
1. Confirm that the configured jbase_agent port is started on the jshell
2. Kindly replicate same, then check the server.log file. You may also do well to share here so, we can check with you.
3.Moreover, Try and login with other users preferably in another company/department/role just to be sure the issue is not specific to some set of users with certain priviledges.
Once this is established, you can do well to compare user records.
Please execute the steps above and lets here form you
