DC : HAS BATCH IN USE

I am fairly new to T24 and my team is utilizing Temenos Web Services (TWS) feature.

We are hitting DC @ID:1:1= HAS BATCH IN USE error from T24 when approving 1 leg of Data Capture.

We have a dedicated user to approve this transaction, and checking from JBOSS(App Server) logs on the OFS Request/Response, we thought multiple AUTHORISE entries are sent - but no. Only 1 AUTHORISE request was found from the logs.

What could be the reason for this error?

Any leads to resolving this is greatly appreciated.

PS. After a while, we tried triggering the AUTHORISE request(on the same transaction) and T24 is giving successful response.
