Error in local host

Hi I have installed R11 model bank local host in my Win 7 machine. When I try to login, I get below error.

D:\LocalHost\Temenos\ModelBank-R11\Temenos\TAFC\misc\X\XTERM_jbase: No such file or directory

** Warning [ NOTERM ] ** Unknown terminal type 'XTERM'

But I am able to work after this error. But when I edit a file with "jed" command, system behaves differently.i.e. some junk characters keep on displaying. But I can login to application prompt.
This comes when I try to login using putty. But when I use command prompt, any of this error do not occur.

Any help on this is appreciated.

C:\Temenos\ModelBank-R13\....go to your bnk.run directory and edit the file mbremote.cmd and set the TERM value to vt100 as shown below and try again.
