Browser Configuration

Hi friends,

Can anybody tell me the prerequisites and the steps to configure Browser in T24. When i tried , its throwing error msg 'ERROR SENDING T24 REQUEST'

Hi Vadivel,

This error occurs because ur tomcat and tcserver ports are not in sync, you have to make sure that the port number u mention in both these cases are same.

If i am not wrong the pack contains a constant port number, but if the port is used by some one it throws an error saying someone using in the log file.

Also
1. did u make sure u installed the correct version of JDK in your system.
2. Did u install the patch of tcserver separately.

To know wat has happened please refer to ur log file(it will be in the log directory) or post the log file here for analysis.

Thanks for the info. Actually i got the error two weeks back and left without solving. Anyway i have a copy with me. I will try again and let you know the details.
