Dear All,

We all know that we can create n number of versions in GLOBUS. But is there any standard procedure to in GLOBUS where the FULL.VIEW in GUI mode is not displayed.

Any special setup required for it.

Hi Guys yes.. it is possible to restrict the full view.
procedure to be fallowed is as below.
1. Create USER.SMS.GROUP and note down the id. e.g, TEST.
here enter which application and version u want allow the user and also the functions.
2. In the USER profile in the field application (field no 18.1) u input the
id of the USER.SMS.GROUP with prefix as @
e.g., @TEST.
3. Then user will be allowed with specific version which u created not the full view tab.
