I have 2 records in DE.ADDRESS for a particular customer. One is for print and another is for swift. How delivery module identifies the carrier?

This can be done by setting up DE.PRODUCT. See the helptext for DE.PRODUCT, it is very much clear.

A typical ID format can be

.C-..

Meaning, for this company, for this customer, for this message and for this product use the carried specified in DE.PRODUCT.
