AC.STMT.HANDOFF was created by namco

Hi Guys

Globus is not generating the AC.STMT.HANDOFF record as a result we are failing to print customer statement. How is the file generated or has anyone ever faced the same problem. You help is mostly appreciated

In G13 (long long ago) the routine PRINT.ACCOUNT.STMT in batch AC.STMT.UPDATE is responsible to update AC.STMT.HANDOFF depending on the setup in ACCOUNT.STATEMENT.

The selection is done based on STMT.FQU.1 and STMT.FQU.2 for next working day (or period end if you use value dated accounting).

Iam facing the same . After asking here and there and reading some documents I have updated some records like
DE.PARM
DE.PRODUCT
But still no luck although I have several accounts with transaction on value date which is past from system date since cob is run on request. But still unable to see past statement , but current is shown.
