using function H in PW.ACTIVITY not working

using function H in PW.ACTIVITY not working was created by viseth

I want to restore account from the webservice TWS. So I'm setting PW.ACTIVITY on target: ACCOUNT,RESTORE H. Then attach this activity to EB.SERVICE.
when create service on design studio, It doesn't show any error but not create success as xsd.
Is it possible to use function H to restore record via TWS?

Generally If the T24 Application that you want to use allows H function then using Webservices also you can perform the H(History Restore) operation. Some sensitive application in T24 does not allow H function to be used on it due to its extensive usage internally and across various modules in T24 hence this function would be restricted
